Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 2 business days.

Please allow 24 to 36 hours for the tracking information to update.

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email and include your new shipping address and your order number. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We do our best to provide our customers with free shipping.  However sometimes (if your item is heavier than normal or if you live outside of Canada or the US) you may have an additional shipping cost.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and
destination of the items in the order.

Be aware that these delivery times can become longer in case your order is placed during busy periods such as near Christmas or Thanksgiving. Covid is also creating shipping delays throughout Canada and we want you to be aware of issues that could possibly arise.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Some international boarder laws and certain goods may restrict our ability to ship to your location. 

We are not responsible for import tax or duty fees. 

5. Packages Damaged, Lost, or Missing While in Transit

If you have a suspicion of your parcel being lost or missing while in Transit, please contact us by email. You will be given a tracking number with your confirmation of shipment so you can get updates as needed.
